How we handle information

A plain-language summary of how Kioski is designed to treat data. It is not a substitute for your own obligations as a business.

  • Customers join a queue with a first name or nickname. They don't need an account, and bookings or loyalty are opt-in and separate from marketing consent.
  • Voice: raw audio is never stored. Transcripts exist only during an active session.
  • Staff and owners sign in with named accounts. Privileged changes are recorded with who made them and why.
  • Retention: operational logs are designed to be kept for 30 days and security audit records for 365 days.
  • Contact form messages are used only to reply to you.
